Frequently asked questions
What is a DSIIDC plate?
A numbered QR plate fixed at a surveyed unit in a DSIIDC industrial area. Its number is the unit's digital identity in the DSIIDC survey.
What happens when I scan it?
You see the unit's location, plot details, business profile and photos recorded during the survey, with map and directions links.
Is my personal information shown?
No. The owner's name, phone number and MSME registration number are never shown on the public page.
Do I need to log in or install an app?
No. The page opens in any phone browser.
The details look wrong. What should I do?
Contact DSIIDC using the officers listed on the plate page. A surveyor will revisit the unit and correct the record.
The page says details are not yet available.
The plate is registered but the unit's survey has not been completed or submitted yet.
Can the plate be used for navigation?
Yes. Use the Directions button to open the unit's exact surveyed location in your maps app.
What if a plate is withdrawn?
A withdrawn plate is no longer valid and its page says so. Replacement plates carry a new number.
